Returns

You can return your item for a refund up to 14 days after receiving it. Please inform us on-line or via email that you would like to return your item for a refund. After that, you have 14 days to return the item to us (please note that a proof of shipment will be required).

Once we receive the item, we will refund you no longer than 14 days.

Rules to return an item:

• Send the item in the original packing, unused nor modified
• Send us a copy of purchase receipt
• Please provide a receipt of shipment return

We will accept returns of unused items, with original packaging intact. We won´t accept returns of items that have been used or opened.

You will be responsible for the postage and any associated cost and risk of the return of your purchase to us.

You must ensure that our returns department receive the item within 14 days. If we receive the item after 14 days we reserve the right not to offer you a refund. In this case we may instead return your purchase to you and you will be charged for the delivery costs.

A refund will be credited to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of us receiving the return of the item at our returns department. Please note that some banks may take longer to credit to your account. We cannot take any responsibility for any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.

We recommend that you send your item via recorded delivery service and retain the proof of postage.

Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
